By accessing and using unboxingtreasures.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Use of Our Site
You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Engage in any fraudulent activity or impersonate another person
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our written permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers
Account Registration
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information as needed
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Product Information and Pricing
We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However:
- Colors and images may vary slightly from actual products due to monitor settings
- All product images are of the exact item you will receive, unless the product is factory sealed (e.g. booster boxes, sealed packs), in which case the listing image is representative of the product
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
- If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing your order
- Product availability is subject to change without notice
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you:
- Authorize us to charge the payment method provided
- Confirm all order details are accurate
- Agree to pay all applicable taxes and shipping fees
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
Live Auctions
By participating in any live auction on unboxingtreasures.com, you agree to the following:
- Bids are binding. All bids placed during a live auction are binding commitments to purchase. By placing a bid, you agree to pay the final winning amount including any applicable taxes.
- Automatic payment. If you win an auction, your saved payment method on file will be charged automatically and immediately upon auction close. No additional confirmation is required.
- Saved shipping address. Your saved shipping address on file at the time of winning will be used for delivery. Address changes cannot be made after an auction closes.
- All auction sales are final. Auction purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable except in the case of item damage during shipping or a significant mismatch from the listing description.
- Free shipping. All auction wins include free standard shipping within the United States.
- Payment failure. If your saved payment method is declined, the bid will be voided and the item may be re-auctioned. It is your responsibility to ensure a valid payment method is on file before participating.
- Sniper protection. Bids placed within the final 10 seconds of an auction will automatically extend the auction timer by 10 seconds to ensure fair bidding.
To participate in live auctions, you must have a valid saved payment method and shipping address on file. These can be added in your account settings.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship via USPS. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier delays
- Weather events or natural disasters
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by you
- Failed delivery attempts or packages refused by recipient

Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the nature of collectibles and the volatility of market prices, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged in transit
- The item received does not match the listing description
- The wrong item was shipped

Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and code, is the property of Unboxing Treasures LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unboxing Treasures LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or use
- Interruption of service
- Errors or omissions in content
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
Vendor Liability
Our liability as a vendor ceases upon handoff of your order to the carrier (USPS). Once a package has been accepted by USPS and a tracking number has been assigned, Unboxing Treasures LLC is no longer responsible for:
- Delays, loss, or damage occurring during transit
- Packages marked as delivered but not received
- Theft or loss after confirmed delivery
- Delays caused by carrier error, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with USPS directly. Unboxing Treasures LLC will provide documentation and tracking information to assist with any such claim, but cannot guarantee reimbursement from the carrier.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unboxing Treasures LLC and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your access to or use of the Site or any services offered through the Site
- Your violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
- Any content you submit, post, or otherwise make available through the Site
- Your participation in any live auction, including any disputes arising from bids placed, payments made or declined, or items won
- Any misrepresentation made by you in connection with your use of the Site
- Any unauthorized use of your account credentials
Unboxing Treasures LLC reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. In such event, you agree to cooperate fully with Unboxing Treasures LLC in asserting any available defenses. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Site.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Bowie County, Texas, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
